Weekly Wellness Tip: Hay Fever Remedy


Hayfever? Sneezing? Put a drop or two of lavender essential oil in the palm of your hand. Rub it with the index finger of the other hand then touch the inside of your cheek with your index finger coated with lavender oil.  Voila! Sneezing stops.
