Happy Diffusing!

I keep a diffuser by my bed and also in my kindergarten classroom.  I use them both everyday!  Here are some great tips for which essential oils to use in your diffuser based on desired symptom relief.  A big thank you to Young Living distributor, Anna-Maya Powell for this great list!

• To boost immunity: Thieves, Lemon, Raven, RC, ImmuPower
• For a sore throat: Melaleuca alternifolia, Thieves, Clove
• To reduce/treat a fever: Wintergreen, Eucalyptus globulus, Peppermint, R.C.
• For Attention Deficit: Peace&Calming, Lavender, Cedarwood, Clarity
• To elevate mood and promote happiness: Citrus Fresh Orange, Cedarwood, Lemon, Valor, Hope
• For clarity: Clarity, Brain Power

Here are some great testimonials relating to diffusing essential oils!

"I diffuse Peace & Calming Blend at home during the evenings and at work in my office during the day. I find that I am calmer at work which is a stressful place. I also find that I become more relaxed during the evenings and am more easily able to let the stresses of the day go. I have also noticed that my cat seems to enjoy this blend and frequently goes to sleep right in front of the diffuser." -Jude

"I have discovered that RC helps open my lungs, especially in the fall when my allergies are the worst. One effective method I have found is by using the RC in the new Young Living diffuser at night. I sleep much better and my husband does not snore as much." -Carrie

"I use Young Livings Purification oil blend in my diffuser and within minutes the air is freshened." -Betty
