This is has been my go-to smoothie for the summer! I got the recipe from
an article by yoga teacher, Kathryn Budig, and added a few things to make it my own.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 8 frozen (or fresh) strawberries
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 avocado
- handful of mint
- handful of spinach or kale
Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Delicious!
