Summer Smoothie

This is has been my go-to smoothie for the summer!  I got the recipe from an article by yoga teacher, Kathryn Budig, and added a few things to make it my own.

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 8 frozen (or fresh) strawberries
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 avocado
  • handful of mint
  • handful of spinach or kale
 Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Delicious!
