Summer Wellness Reading List

Please don't forget to take advantage of the amazing offer going on this weekend!  Please pass it along to anyone you know who might be interested in improving their health and wellness with essential oils.

I always have a long list of books I want to read in the summer--this year is no exception.
First up on my reading list is No More Dirty Looks: The Truth About Your Beauty Products--And The Ultimate Guide to Safe and Clean Cosmetics.  I have long been a fan of their blog and thought it was time to give their book a try.

I am intrigued by the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurvedic medicine.  Author Bri Maya Tiwari is one of the world's only female experts in the area.
Author Sarah Wilson of I Quit Sugar is yet another blogger whose site I frequent.  One of my goals (that I have yet to be successful with) is to cut sugar from my diet.  I'm hoping this 8-week guide can help me reach my goal!
I first heard about the book, The First 20 Minutes: Surprising Science Reveals How We Can: Exercise Better, Train Smarter, Live Longer by author Gretchen Reynolds on NPR.  This book was inspired by Reynold's popular "Phys Ed" column for the New York Times and according to the book description on Amazon, "this book explains how exercise affects the body in distinct ways and provides the tools readers need to achieve their fitness goals, whether that's a faster 5K or staying trim."

Happy Reading!  What books on health and wellness are you reading this summer?
