Weekly Wellness Tip: Going Natural This Winter







If you are like us, you’d prefer to use essential oils, but don’t always know when or for what. Here are some helpful tips from one of our mentors, Anna-Maya Powell.

Oils can be diffused, diluted in your favorite carrier oil, or applied directly to the skin. Some can even be ingested.
