30 Day Challenge

Each morning I get an e-mail from The Well Daily.  This mornings e-mail was about choosing one thing that you want to change or try and give it a go for 30 days.

I pick meditation.  For whatever reason, the idea of meditating everyday is a bit overwhelming to me.  I start my day with the best of intentions to find a few minutes for myself to breath and center. Inevitably, time slips away and my head hits the pillow before I've chipped away time for meditation.  Breaking this goal down to 30 days seems doable.  You can do anything for 30 days and at the end of it you may just have created a wonderful habit!

Need a little more inspiration?  Watch this wonderful TED talk by Matt Cutts who has done the 30 day challenge many times--from taking a photo everyday to committing to biking to work for 30 days.
